Welcome to our Demonstration Kitchen! We are pleased to offer use of this space in 3 ways:
(A) Community cooking demonstrations are available twice a month on Wednesday evenings at 5:30pm. Demonstrations are hands-on and appropriate for all levels of cooking abilities. Participants are provided with recipes, ingredients, tools and guidance with which to prepare seasonal and locally-sourced (whenever possible) foods. Then take a little time to savor your creations in the good company of all the participants and instructors -- there is enough for everyone to eat a meal. Registration is required and capped at 15 total participants. Limited to adults age 18 and over.
(B) Personalized cooking demonstrations are available for groups/clubs or individuals. We consult with you/your group to create an original demonstration suited to meet your specific needs. Everything -- recipes, ingredients, tools and guidance -- is provided to you... just show up ready to enjoy cooking and eating!
(C) Demonstration kitchen space rental is available for groups/clubs or individuals. We provide the space and common kitchen equipment, and you bring the food and the people, and do the clean-up.
