Purdue Imaging Facility (PIF)

 

Overview of Services

The Purdue Imaging Facility (PIF) provides the instruments and expertise needed to visualize molecules in preparations ranging from single cells to entire animals. All facility users receive individualized instrument training as well as project-specific advice for optimal data acquisition. Consultation on sample preparation, image rendering and data analysis are also available. Collaborations and contract research services are encouraged.

 

Our PIF is distributed in two different buildings, Bindley B071 and Hansen B032.

*Swipe card access to both facilities, Bindley and Hansen, is controlled by Natasha Nikolaidis (nnikolai@purdue.edu, 765-494-5997), Operations Associate Director, Bindley Bioscience Center. Access is granted after completion of safety training. 

*If you need 24hrs/7day access to HANS, a building key is required to Hansen and must be provided by Keith Marron (krmarron@purdue.edu, 765-496-6548), Hansen’s Building Deputy.
